A BIT ABOUT ME:
(Also check me out on Facebook. Search for "Jon Call - New York! Don't be shy! Send a Friend Request!)

I moved to the Lower East Side six years ago after graduating from Architecture school in Seattle, Washington.  I am gay, single, and  confess to being AT LEAST 33 years old. I work full timed (and then some) for a great design firm here in New York as a part of their in-house architecture team.

A brainstorm over the summer of 2006, I started renting my spare bedroom to those that were seeking temporary accommodations in the city that never sleeps.

Some guests have come for a few days to see for themselves what perhaps they have only read about. Others have used their visit as a platform to move here permanently.  Whatever their original intentions, what they left with was a once in a lifetime experience.

This website is meant to illustrate a bit about me, the apartment, the location, and even highlights some of the guests that have made this venture such a memorable experience.

The welcome mat is out, the bed has been freshly made; if you’re considering visiting New York, then you should consider a STAY WITH JON.
