Since I am an architect, I though I would include a proper floorplan in this section. It helps explain the unique layout of the apartment that makes this such a perfect place to stay. The guest bedroom is located at the bottom of the plan. You will notice that the entry, kitchen, bath are in the center with seperate halls leading to each bedroom. Very private.

The guest room is located far enough away to be completely private.  The amenities are as follows:
    -Large room: Approximately 10' x 10'
    -13" color television with extended cable
    -Wi-fi access
    -Alarm Clock
    -Double Bed
    -Iron
    -Independant Air Conditioning/ Heating
    -Bed made with down comforter, pillows and     fresh linens
    -Keyed entry

SHARED SPACES:

HALL:
The guest room is seperated from my bedroom by a 20’ long hallway. It has a long table that guest often use to dine at or use their laptop at.

BATH
In the middle of this hallway is a generously sized bathroom that we would share. It is simple..but kept very clean. Plenty of towels are provided and there is a great shower.

GUEST BEDROOM
There is a fully equipped kitchen that I encourage everyone to make use of it.  There is NO common living room/dining room.

GUEST BEDROOM
My housekeeper, Erin, makes sure that everything is in order.  All comforters, sheets, towels, bath mats, etc. have all been cleaned prior to your arrival. She also scrubs and disinfects the bathroom and kitchen.
